Eric Fleming, Owner, has over six years of third party recruiter experience recruiting for law firms and corporation’s legal departments. Prior to EMERALD LEGAL SEARCH, Eric spent 16 years as Director of Recruiting and Director of Executive Resources for a NLJ 250/Am Law 200 law firm. During his tenure, he was responsible for full cycle recruiting of attorneys and firm management. Earlier in his career, he spent 8 years as an executive recruiter in various industries and disciplines across the country.
